I had some coupons so I decided to use the $14.99 game night special. 12 krystals, 2 -5 piece wings and a half gallon of tea. First bad sign was that they were out of tea so they offered 2 large drinks instead. Burgers were a bit undercooked. Wings were extremely small and just not good. I described them as chicken nuggets with bones. After I ate I started feeling mildly nauseated which eventually led to food poisoning!! Never again. I've had good experiences with Krystal before but this location is awful. I will never go back.

Tiny burgers and sacks o food. While up in Jacksonville i was told we had to try this place out and well...i was not dissappointed. Though this total after the club stoner food circa Harold and Kumar i did really like the chicken wings. Now you must prepare your belly to ingest this kinda food because if you are on a total health trip it will hit you like a bomb! Fries are yum. Burgers are yum. Chicken wings are yum. all in all....yum yum. Funny thing is that we tipped our valet with a sack o burgers and he was as happy as a kid in a candy store! HAHAHAHA

I love Krystals, and I have ever since I was a kid. This particular location needs to do better, though. I've been through their drive-thru twice, and I've been disappointed both times. The first time, I ordered their French Toast breakfast sandwich only to get home and find out the toast wasn't so French. It was plain toast. The second time, which was this evening, my drink was filled so full that I didn't realize it was slowly seeping out of the straw hole and all of the floor of my car as I was driving off.

In the few times I've visited this location at Jax Beach, I have not had a problem with service. The food is hot and ready to go. All in all, it is a great location to stop and grab a sackfull.

Krystals, is like Cinderella to white castle's ugly step sister. I have to tell you that there are only two times to eat here. 1. After a long night of drinking at all the classy bars that Jacksonville beach doesn't have. 2. The day after you wake up from all the classy bars Jacksonville beach doesn't have and you've got a strange throbbing (hopefully from drinking) in your head. Get a "steamer" bag, and you and a friend will be very happy with the result. They have recognized the fact that you want a bunch of small burgers, your most likely going to share it. To that end, they sell those steamer packs with two fries, and two drinks. Skip the chili pups, and breakfasts in a bowl, just get what they do well, burgers and fries. As I am sure you already have found, nothing great as far a burgers go, but when you have a craving nothing else will do. 2 stars because there are only two times to go get food from them, its not a lunch or dinner spot, just a late night "oh my god I've got the spins" spot.

I mean, what do you really expect from a place like Krystal's? I'd never been to one before, but we went 3 times in a week (my friend loves it). This particular location was doing 5 for 5. So I spent the week eating chx and chili pups. It's decent food. It's fast. It's easy to share. And I'm sure it cures hangovers.

I don't expect much when I go to Krystal's, but they never disappoint me. Little steamed buns with a burger, mustard, onions and a pickle or two. I don't know if I would call it a meal, but a late night snack is the best way to describe what Krystal's is good at. My nephew - who doesn't get them in TX - does like to stop by at least once when he's in town, so I'm happy to oblige.
